On September 9 and 10, 2025, Santiago, Chile, was the epicenter of the regional energy transition with the hosting of the second International District Energy Conference in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The agenda included the participation of 25 international experts from the US, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as specialists, government officials, companies, and financiers, all focused on promoting the development of sustainable urban energy solutions in the region.
